1.Why this policy exists
People use PriorityHealth24 to make decisions about their health. This policy explains how we create, review and update our health content, so you can judge whether to trust it. It covers condition guides, lab test pages, FAQs and videos.
2.Our principles
- Accurate: grounded in current clinical evidence and checked by a doctor.
- Useful: specific enough to act on, like which test to get, how to prepare, and when to see a doctor urgently.
- Clear: plain language, short sentences, and medical terms explained when we use them.
- Relevant to India: tests, medicines, costs in rupees and care pathways that apply here.
- Honest: we say when evidence is uncertain, and we never promise cures or use fear to drive bookings.
- Safe: every guide makes urgent warning signs easy to find, and points to a doctor for decisions about your care.
3.How we create content

4.Our medical reviewers
- Reviewers are doctors registered with the National Medical Commission or a state medical council. We check each registration before they review content.
- They review topics within their specialty. For example, thyroid content is reviewed by endocrinologists or physicians experienced in thyroid care.
- Each reviewer's name and qualifications link to their profile, so you can see who stands behind a page.
Some reviewers also see patients through PriorityHealth24. Reviewers declare this, and their review role never affects how doctors are listed or ranked. Content doesn't recommend a specific doctor.
5.Sources we use
- Clinical practice guidelines from national and international bodies, such as the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the World Health Organization (WHO), NICE, and specialist societies like the American Thyroid Association.
- Peer-reviewed research, with a preference for systematic reviews and large, well-designed studies.
- Official information on medicines and tests, including prescribing information and accredited lab guidance.
We don't rely on forums, social media, press releases or single small studies. Where good evidence is limited or experts disagree, we say so.
6.Use of AI tools
We may use AI tools to help with research, first drafts and editing. AI never publishes content on its own: every page is checked against sources by a person and reviewed by a registered doctor before it goes live, and the reviewer is accountable for its medical accuracy.
7.Independence from advertising and partners
- Doctors, clinics and labs cannot pay for, sponsor or approve our health content.
- Partners are never ranked higher in listings for paying us, and content never recommends a particular partner.
- We don't publish sponsored health content or advertorials.
- Commercial teams have no say over what our content says about a condition, test or treatment.
8.Corrections and feedback
If you think something on PriorityHealth24 is inaccurate, unclear or out of date, email [support@your-domain]. An editor will reply within 5 business days, and a medical reviewer will check anything clinical.
When we fix a medical error, we update the page and its review date. For significant corrections we add a short note to the page explaining what changed.
